About Me
Welcome to Little Koala Sleep Time, I am Ms. Sharon, a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant from the Family Sleep Institute in the United States. In the past two years, I have worked closely with hundreds of families to bring healthy and sweet sleep to their babies.
My journey continues as a Registered Early Childhood Educator in Ontario, Canada, where eight years of hands-on experience have granted me a profound understanding of children and the patience they deserve. Currently, I am pursuing a dual major in Sociology and Psychology at the University of Toronto, a pursuit that deepens my comprehension of the dynamics between families and their little ones.
My belief is that every baby deserves the best possible sleep. I love babies and am dedicated to their sleep studies. I understand that every baby is a unique individual and has different sleep needs. Therefore, I provide personalized services, including sleep pattern assessments, sleep training plans, and environmental assessments, to meet each baby's unique needs.
My unwavering belief is that sound sleep is the cornerstone of a baby's healthy growth. To that end, I relentlessly explore and share the latest, most scientific sleep knowledge and techniques, aiding parents in comprehending and elevating their baby's sleep quality. My vision is simple yet powerful: to lead each baby into a realm of blissful dreams and to allow each family to experience the surge of joy that accompanies a well-rested household.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude for joining me in the journey of sharing sleep knowledge and emotions. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to provide you and your precious baby with a comfortable and serene sleep experience.
Baby Sleep Suggestions
Ms. Sharon has provided a series of practical suggestions and techniques to help parents better understand and improve their baby's sleep. These suggestions cover various aspects of a baby's sleep, including sleep patterns, sleep environment, and sleep habits. They aim to offer comprehensive support to parents, assisting them in addressing various sleep issues, ensuring that babies can enjoy better sleep.
01
Keep an Open Mind
Every baby is unique, and their sleep patterns and needs vary. Keep an open mind and don't force the baby to follow a fixed sleep pattern. Instead, adjust based on the baby's needs and responses.
02
Baby's Sleep Associations
A baby's sleep is associated with their daily activities, diet, environment, etc. Understanding these associations can help you better comprehend and improve your baby's sleep.
03
Create a Good Sleep Environment
Create a quiet and comfortable sleep environment for the baby. This will help the baby fall asleep faster and improve the quality of their sleep.
